Structural Relief Therapy(SRT) Demonstration

Taya Countryman of Structural Relief Therapy demonstrates how SRT addresses that sharp upper back pain, that so many of us have experienced. SRT is a technique based on osteopathic principles of Strain Counterstain and Muscle Energy Technique (MET).

Kind Words From Happy Clients

Nick is very professional and really listens to you as a patient. His knowledge is immense and he has been successful in treating my lower back pain and decreasing the frequency of my chronic headaches. I highly recommend Nick.
— Client review on Massage Book website
It was that type of serendipitous coincidence that led me to Nick’s work en route to booking a few massages while visiting Yakima. As a massage therapist, Bowenwork has always been on my bucket list. Experiencing Nick’s work as a client was intriguing because it is so different from traditional techniques. Being open to diversity in one’s head and heart is helpful for the body to accept the work I suspect, and now, one week later, the aches and stiffness that my husband and I were trying to be in denial about following an arduous home-remodeling project, have been erased…muscular tension eased out of the body. My posture is better and my “gimping” around has ceased. Oh thank you Nick for your work on our behalf, and allowing our bodies to do their work too!
